In 2024 we decided to sell our home located in Waynesboro, TN. Having bought and sold many properties before we were aware this home would present some challenges to sell. The property was in a very rural area with 75 heavily wooded acres and a spring fed creek running the length of the property. We began searching for realtors who were willing to take on our home and market it aggressively to what we believed would be our target audience. Anne Spence McGee rose to the top of the list. Her previous client reviews and the current inventory of homes she was marketing all led us to believe Anne would be the right realtor to handle the sale. We were not wrong. Anne knew exactly what would be needed to put our home front and center for out of town buyers looking for a piece of heaven to call their own. She brought in a professional photographer along with staging advice to ensure we painted a picture that would capture exactly what it feels like walking out the back door and seeing the woods and the creek. Anne was meticulous in the descriptive paragraph used with the listing. The sellers letter we provided was included in the listing and we felt this provided more of a personal touch. Anne and her entire team were responsive to questions, quick to provide feedback and kept us in the loop every step of the way. We always knew that Anne was watching out for our best interest and her guidance and advice were invaluable. After approximately 80 days our home was under contract and the sale went through without a hitch. We strongly recommend Anne Spence McGee and if we ever end up back in Tennessee we'll be reaching out to Anne to act as our realtor again.

Anne has a reputation in this particular area for moving houses so I reached out to her. I contacted her and she made her initial review the following day. She had the house on the market even before we could travel to her office to sign the paperwork Once the paperwork was signed she had two viable offers within the first three days. She worked with me and helped me to decide which one was serious and I depended on her knowledge of the industry to make the best deal. The offer we settled on was slightly above our listing price. There was a question about where to close and she worked with us to do it closer to our area. I would recommend her to anyone selling a house. I have never used her in the purchase of a home but I can tell her ethic are high so I would not be afraid of using her should I buy again. Cannot say enough about how easy it was to communicate both verbally and electronically. You cannot go wrong with her.

We live out of state trying to buy a home for retirement in Tennessee. We have had a few other real estate agents showing us homes but they all dragged their feet and might not of taken us seriously. On short notice (1 day), we approached another realtor and asked to see 7 properties. The realtor replied this was not possible because it was a weekend and would not be able to line up the showings on such short notice. We then contacted Zillow and Ann was referred to us. We called Ann and within the hour, she had all 7 listings lined up. We looked at all 7. After we chose the property, Ann was extremely helpful to me and my wife.
